Federal Judge Rules Pentagon’s Designation Of Anthropic As A Supply Chain Risk Is Unlawful

A federal judge has ruled that the Pentagon acted unlawfully in designating the AI company Anthropic as a supply chain risk, which had prevented it from working with the U.S. government. Anthropic had sued the Defense Department, alleging unlawful retaliation for its advocacy of safeguards for military AI applications.
